SP8BOARDS (also referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”) is the trading name of Andrew Speight, who is responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit.

We appreciate the trust you place in us when you use our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will keep your personal details secure as well as use any information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of this policy.

This policy explains in detail the types of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us. It also explains how we will use, share and handle that data, as well as how we will keep it safe.

What personal information do we collect

Performance of a Contract

If you make a purchase through us we will use the details that you give to provide the selected goods or services to you. This information is likely to include your name, contact details, payment details, price paid, information about your purchase and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements.

If you do not provide us with the information set out in this paragraph, then we may not be able to provide the goods ordered.

We will usually retain relevant data for up to six years from the date the contract completes – e.g. the date of dispatch of the goods ordered.

We may ask your consent to use your name, e-mail, SMS, phone number(s) and postal address to tell you about our own products and services which we think may be of interest to you.

Our staff are trained in the importance of security and privacy and we treat breaches of confidentiality and privacy as disciplinary matters.

We do not transfer your data outside the UK or the European Union.
