SP8BOARDS (also referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”) is the trading name of Andrew Speight, who is responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit.

How we collect personal information

We receive personal information from:

  • You, as you provide it to us (e.g. when making an enquiry, purchasing goods, interacting on social media or leaving a review)

What personal information do we collect

Performance of a Contract

If you make a purchase through us we will use the details that you give to provide the selected goods or services to you. This information is likely to include your name, contact details, payment details, price paid, information about your purchase and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements.

If you do not provide us with the information set out in this paragraph, then we may not be able to provide the goods ordered.

We will usually retain relevant data for up to six years from the date the contract completes – e.g. the date of dispatch of the goods ordered.

Our staff are trained in the importance of security and privacy and we treat breaches of confidentiality and privacy as disciplinary matters.

We do not transfer your data outside the UK.
